The second offering in the range, Pastis 13 Desserts “Le Gourmand” pays homage to the Provençal tradition of the thirteen desserts, a symbol of abundance and culinary heritage. Crafted with respect for the expertise of Maison Martinat, it skillfully blends finely distilled star anise with macerated dried fruits (dried fig, dried apricot), orange blossom, and roasted almonds. The palate, ample and silky, reveals a controlled sweetness, supported by a sunny and lingering finish, a true hallmark of Provençal craftsmanship.
Nose : An immediate impression of Provençal indulgence. Licorice and almond dominate; dried apricot and fig offer a sweet, honeyed sensation.
