MADRE TEQUILA Blanco

Madre Tequila is produced in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% fully matured blue agave from a single plot. It is made using traditional methods and pot still distillation. This blanco tequila is unaged, additive-free, and bottled at high proof to preserve an expression closer to the still, enhancing aromatic intensity and complexity. It features notes of cooked agave, toasted nuances, and a fresh, mineral character. Madre Mezcal was founded about ten years ago by Tony and Stefan. The brand uses recycled materials for its bottles and labels and works with local NGOs supporting women and unemployed youth. It currently partners with families in Oaxaca and the El Tepozán distillery in Jalisco.
