LINKWOOD 29 years 1996 Anniversary Releases G&M

Founded in 1821 in Elgin, at the heart of Speyside, Linkwood is particularly prized for the elegance and finesse of its spirit. Its naturally fruity and floral style, often led by orchard fruits, develops a waxier texture and greater depth through extended maturation. Sherry casks are particularly well suited to this character, bringing dried fruits, spices and richer flavours while preserving the delicacy of the underlying spirit. Distilled on 16 October 1996 and bottled on 22 May 2026, this 29-year-old Linkwood matured in a Refill Sherry Butt. Bottled at 50.4% and limited to just 100 bottles, it displays a mature and generous profile. The sherry integrates beautifully with the aged spirit, combining beeswax, bitter orange, dark fruits, nuts and chocolate, while spice and toasted oak provide structure.
