Nose : Rich, unctuous. Vanilla is coated with peat and smoke. It evolves on candied citrus. Medicinal (balsam) and vegetal (cut hay) notes gradually appear.
Palate : Deep, suave. Coconut milk lends an exotic note, while smoke and ash add a beautiful gray color.
Overall : Long, lively. Peat regains its monopoly, becoming damp, smoky and slightly salty. Gentian root adds a thirst-quenching bitterness.
