LEMON STORY Liqueur Kalamansi

While kalamansi pulp is distinctly tart, its peel is relatively milder, offering flavors reminiscent of pomelo and kumquat. Kalamansi liqueur therefore reveals softer, more orange-toned notes of mandarin, clementine, kumquat, and grapefruit. This liqueur, made without any artificial coloring or flavoring, is crafted from freshly picked citrus fruits grown on our estate, preserving all the aromas and the subtlety of their peels. The peels are left to macerate in neutral alcohol, allowing them to release all their flavors and essences. Each liqueur is unique, as every citrus fruit brings its own aromatic complexity. It can be enjoyed like a limoncello, in a cocktail as an aperitif, or as a dessert accompaniment — with rum baba, tiramisu, or drizzled over a lemon sorbet.
