This amber rum, made from organic cane molasses, is fermented, distilled, and aged in acacia barrels for several months. The selected yeasts develop a very rich aroma, and the wood-fired heating and aging process produce a complex and woody rum with great power.

Nose : A refreshing and vegetal nose brought by the acacia, with notes of caramel and vanilla.
Palate : The choice of new acacia also rounds out the rum while giving it a more structured texture. In the mouth, it imparts floral and slightly peppery notes with a beautiful length.
Overall : A rather tannic and peppery finish, rounded out by the sugarcane.
