Inspired by its original recipe created in California in 1944 (white & amber rums, lime, orgeat), Le Barteleur has put a twist on this exotic mix by refreshing it with the zesty flavors of kumquat and yuzu. Named in California, it was born from the encounter of Trader Vic, a figure of tiki culture, who offered a cocktail to two of his Tahitian friends, made with various island rums, refreshed with lime and almond flavor.
