This Kumquatcello is made from kumquats harvested through agroecological methods between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. To extract the best from the zest, zesting is done by hand. Serve very chilled, at the end of the meal (a 4cl pour) or as a base for cocktails (such as a Spritz). When accompanied by an ice cube, the freshness of the citrus aromas will be even more intense. The high concentration of essential oils (from the zest) can cause a sediment near the neck of the bottle. This is a sign of quality rather than a flaw in our product.
