Founded in 1805 in Gyōda, Saitama Prefecture, Yokota Shuzō is situated near the confluence of the Tone and Arakawa Rivers—an area renowned for the exceptional quality of its water. Its flagship brand, Nihonbashi, pays tribute to the Tokyo district where the founder completed his apprenticeship.
