Founded in 1822 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Ōmine Shuzō was reborn in 2010 after several decades of closure, driven by a resolutely contemporary vision of sake. The house emphasizes minimalism and purity, focusing on essential elements: spring water from the Akiyoshidai karst plateau and exceptional rice varieties like Yamada Nishiki and Aiyama.

Its flagship cuvées, Ohmine 3 Grain and 2 Grain, offer an elegant and silky style with delicate notes of white fruits and flowers.
