Created by architect Shinichiro Ogata, OGATA Sake is a unique blend of aged sakes from the Fukumitsuya brewery in Kanazawa. It seamlessly marries tradition with modernity to offer a rich, elegant tasting experience, where each cuvée reveals a subtle balance of aromatic complexity and sweetness born from precise craftsmanship.

Ogata’s vision is both intellectual and philosophical. Inspired by saho—which he translates as the "art of everyday living"—he emphasizes self-mastery, kindness toward others, and respect for the environment. This philosophy gives OGATA Sake a dimension that is both sensory and contemplative.
