HONDA SHOTEN

Established in 1921 in Hyōgo, Honda Shoten is the home of the renowned Tatsuriki brand. Under the leadership of Ryusuke Honda, the brewery has long been a pioneer, from early Ginjo production to the revival of the ancient Shinriki rice.

Their landmark creation, Kome no Sasayaki, remains a benchmark of quality. Named after the "power of the dragon," Tatsuriki continues to push the boundaries of craftsmanship while honoring the rich terroir of Himeji.
