COUP D’ÉTAT - GIN DE FINE Distilled on the banks of the Marne River, this organic gin is distinguished by the subtle addition of a Fine Champenoise, from Meunier grapes. Requiring two slow distillations, Fine Champenoise captures the characteristic aromas of grapes from the hillsides of Saulchery, Bonneil, and Crouttes-sur-Marne. Thyme, meadowsweet, licorice and lime blend with the roundness of the Fine Champenoise for a uniquely delicate and noble product: a winegrower’s gin.
