Produced by Combier in partnership with American historian Ted Breaux, Esprit d'Edouard is a reproduction of Edouard Pernod absinthe, one of the greatest brands of absinthe before it was banned in 1915. Considered today as one of the best absinthes on the market, Esprit d'Edouard is a fine, balanced and powerful spirit, with notes of anise, fennel and liquorice and a bright, clear green colour. A lovely bitterness and surprising complexity give it great length.
