PROFILE : This grain whisky displays a structured and spicy profile, featuring notes of vanilla, cereal and new oak. It is crafted from malted and unmalted barley, inspired by the Irish single pot still tradition.

Nose : Intensely aromatic, the first nose is marked by buttery notes of biscuit and cream. This is followed by richer aromas of plum compote, dried apricots and a hint of root.

Palate : A spicy attack, which softens in the middle to gain in depth. Denser than the nose, with notes of manuka honey, orange jam, toasted almond, cinnamon and vanilla.

Overall : Fresh and herbaceous, with eucalyptus and ginger, followed by rounder, floral notes, reminiscent of a cinnamon roll topped with custard.
