HIMMALEH White Habitation Velier

Himmaleh Distillery, located in the Himalayan foothills in the Kashipur region, produces this white rum from the Habitation Velier range. Neoli represents Himmaleh’s vision of the surrounding sugarcane fields, aiming to convey a true expression of the terroir through this Pure Single Rum. Crafted exclusively from 100% Indian sugarcane, it is distilled entirely in a 1000 L Hagyo pot still operating at the distillery. Made from a blend of four cane varieties, the rum displays, at the time of distillation, a congeners content of 318.10 gr/hlpa, including 35.4 gr/hlpa of esters. A world premiere, Himmaleh White stands as a unique and deeply terroir-driven expression of Himalayan rum.
