Nose : Rich, heady. Scents of burnt rubber, flambéed banana, roasted pineapple, vetiver, iris concrete and camphor initially compete in intensity. This thunderous opening gradually gives way to more jammy aromas (apple, mirabelle plum), honeyed (acacia), vanilla and liquorice notes.

Palate : Smooth, silky. In sharp contrast with the nose, the palate opens on tangy notes (lemon, grapefruit), herbal touches (cut hay, alfalfa) and powdery tones (grated ginger). It then moves toward more mineral (charcoal, petroleum) and medicinal (tiger balm) registers, before clearly returning to the essence of sugarcane. This gustatory exploration unfolds with surprising softness and balance.

Overall : Dynamic, expressive. Echoing the citrus character of the palate, it also reveals creamy (coconut), vanilla and infused notes (chamomile, savory). In retro-olfaction, shavings of chocolate settle on the tongue, releasing a lingering smoothness. The empty glass is fresh and aromatic, with medicinal (mustard seed) and fruity (yellow plum) tones.
