Nose : fine, balanced. A particularly pleasant start with a cocktail of lemons, white pepper, vanilla and fresh coriander sprinkled with a pinch of mineral salts. Develops into heather honey and red fruits (strawberry and redcurrant). This young distillate wants

Palate : assertive, precise. Dominated by candied lemon. Later, apples and pears appear on a soft bed of straw. Assertive, it develops into spices (ginger and star anise) and chocolate. Salted butter caramel and toffee already herald a rich finish.
