Tasting notes
Nose : fine, balanced. A particularly pleasant start with a cocktail of lemons, white pepper, vanilla and fresh coriander sprinkled with a pinch of mineral salts. Develops into heather honey and red fruits (strawberry and redcurrant). This young distillate wants
Palate : assertive, precise. Dominated by candied lemon. Later, apples and pears appear on a soft bed of straw. Assertive, it develops into spices (ginger and star anise) and chocolate. Salted butter caramel and toffee already herald a rich finish.
Overall : it monopolises the main ingredients of the nose and palate since apples, pears, citrus fruit and salt are present. To this are added notes of cut hay and plants (verbena and camomile). The retro-nasal olfaction evokes both lemon meringue tart and freshly
