Fresh botanicals are harvested each season to make different gins, which are then blended to create a single product.
Nose : On the nose, fresh notes of juniper, citrus and pine - a springtime meadow.
Palate : The palate is fresh and rich, with summer flowers, wild autumn fruits and spices.
Overall : The finish is long, with notes of undergrowth and spices. Enjoy as a Gin Tonic with orange zest and a sprig of thyme.
