GLENDALOUGH Wild Botanical Gin

A wild gin from the botanicals of the Wicklow mountains. Every day, the picker goes deep into the mountains to harvest the native plants used for the gin. Juniper, coriander, angelica and many other wild Irish plants are harvested around the distillery. Distilled in 250L batches. Distillation times are decided on a case-by-case basis according to the tasting of each batch. Fresh botanicals are harvested each season to make different gins, which are then blended to create a single product.
