For STRN, Adrien wanted to highlight the excellence of the region’s winemakers. He sought to create a whisky with aromas of honey, yellow fruits, wood, and smoke, all expressed through a spirit of gentle elegance. This aromatic complexity stems from the choice of barley, the distillation method, and a rigorous selection of barrels that previously held, among other things, very old Cognac and Sauternes.

Nose : Rich and fruity. Notes of candied apricot, orange peel, and acacia honey, accented by hints of toasted bread and fresh hazelnut.
