    Founded in 2017 by Tom Nicolson, Cory Mason and Tagor Ramouter, the Fielden distillery is set to open a new production site equipped with three hybrid pot stills at the end of 2024. In addition to its rye whisky, it also produces gin and vodka with organic grains grown at four neighbouring farms. This small batch is a blend of American oak casks and Sauternes, Moscatel and Madeira wine casks, and has maintained all the fresh and natural character of its youth. The extremely expressive and spirited palette of flavours and aromas becomes continually more complex and fleshed out, peaking in an irresistibly mature expression.
