Nose : Refined and smooth. At first nosing, it reveals fruity (apple, pear) and vanilla notes, along with acacia honey and a gentle herbaceous touch. With aeration, candied citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit) expand the fruity register of the aromatic palette. The whole displays a remarkable harmony of tone.
Appearance : Vieil or
Palate : Both vibrant and delicate. In perfect continuity with the nose, the palate opens with even greater intensity and depth, revealing the same notes of fresh fruits (apple, pear), exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), and citrus (lemon, grapefruit). The mid-palate, showing great maturity, is marked by flavors of dried fruits (almond, walnut) and fine spices (cinnamon, grated ginger).
Overall : Long and creamy. At the start of the finish, coconut milk and linden honey gently weave their way into the heart of the flavor profile. Powdery (cocoa), exotic (banana), and peppery, the aftertaste grows increasingly indulgent, evoking far Breton. On the retro-olfaction, candied ginger and bitter orange form a lively, expressive duo. The empty glass reveals subtle medicinal notes (balm, mustard).
