Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte Overproof tequila is crafted at La Tequileña distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Built on five generations of family expertise, it is produced by Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza using mature blue agaves hand-harvested in the highlands of Atotonilco. The agaves are slowly cooked in autoclaves, then naturally fermented before undergoing double distillation in copper stills. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof), this Overproof expression rests for six months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled without chill-filtration or additives. Beneath its apparent strength, this tequila unfolds across the senses with remarkable softness, subtlety, and nuance.

Nose : A deeply aromatic bouquet of great freshness, highlighted by delicate floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, enhanced by notes of sweet spices.

Palate : A powerful and generous entry, yet remarkably smooth. The body is full and complex, highlighting the pure character of cooked agave, a rich spicy framework, and the minerality of the Highlands terroir.
