DOMAINE VINCENTI Pastis San Fiorenzo

The San Fiorenzo range is an original creation of the VINCENTI estate distillery, conceived as a tribute to their ancestors who were originally settled in Saint-Florent. They took their name from this emblematic port—San Fiorenzo, the former Genoese name of Saint-Florent—before one of its members left for Puerto Rico in the 19th century. San Fiorenzo pastis draws its character from the infusion of wild plants in pure, organic alcohol. Among them, eucalyptus bordering the beaches of Saint-Florent brings vibrant freshness, while sun-ripened sweet orange lends roundness and brilliance. Timut pepper reveals subtle zesty nuances with spicy notes. This combination of ingredients gives rise to a harmonious, radiant pastis that finely reinterprets the spirit of this Mediterranean aperitif. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
