FRENCH WHISKY : Domaine des Hautes Glaces Epistémè B10CS26 is a single malt from the French Alps.
PROFILE : This single malt reveals a concentrated and oxidative profile, featuring fruity, floral, root, balsamic and spicy notes. Made from organically grown barley on the Andrieu plot, this cask strength bottling was first matured in new oak casks, then for three years in cognac casks, before finishing its maturation in casks that previously contained condrieu wine.
DID YOU KNOW? Selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection, this single cask No. 74 is the oldest version ever bottled by the distillery to date.
