    Closer to the producer

    From field to bottle, Distillerie Hautes Terres is rooted in the heart of the volcanoes, in Auvergne’s highlands. Founded in 2022 in a former family farm, it crafts organic whiskies, gins, and vermouths in tune with harvests and wild foraging. Distilled in small batches using a French Stupfler still, the spirits draw inspiration from
    a preserved, abundant nature. MURA Single Malt and Single Grain (Rye), made from the farm’s own cereals, brewed with pure volcanic water and matured in mountain cellars, embody a terroir that is rich, complex, and elegant.
