Nose : Fresh and herbal. The nose opens with juniper berries, then evokes pine needles, lemon zest and lemon thyme.
Palate : A fine balance between the herbal palette and a discreet, pleasant touch of more saline notes (olive and sea fennel). Smooth finish (fig leaf).
Overall : Long and balanced. Reminiscent of juniper and Douglas needle.
