Nose : On the nose, sweet honey and sun-dried fruits with layers of candied citrus, toffee and hints of vanilla.
Palate : The palette had dry sticky dates, dark chocolate and spiced oak with notes of clove and cinnamon spices weaving through.
Overall : Finish is long with delicate spices, nutmeg and sugar syrup sweetness that taper into orchard fruits with a hint of toasted oak.
