Nose : with surprising wild fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry), it quickly develops into notes of fruit jelly (quince, prune). In the background, port and spicy bread enthral the senses.

Palate : Roasted coffee follows cocoa before fruit takes over with finesse (candied orange, pomegranate, dried apricot). It is then joined by spices (musk, candied ginger). A rich, concentrated palate where the fruit and spices are little by little dusted in toasted notes (coffee, chocolate and leather).

Overall : consistent with the palate. Generous, deep and full of life. Candied apricot and blackcurrant combine perfectly with balsamic notes (pine, cedar, sherry), creating true homogeneity. So enjoyable we wish it lasted longer.
