Aged for a minimum of 15 years in a mix of ex-bourbon American white oak barrels and three carefully chosen types of sherry cask.

Tasting notes

Nose : Marked by a subtle mix of stewed apples and peach, it evolves with notes of brioche and freshly baked bread. Spice, orange zest and cut grass provide freshness.

Palate : Fne and assertive, it mirrors the nose and develops with malt, spice (ginger, cinnamon, cloves) and a delicate biscuity touch with orange and chocolate.

Overall : Very long and generous with roasted coffee and vanilla.
