SCOTCH WHISKY : The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt from the Highlands region of Scotland.

PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rich and luscious profile, driven by notes of orange marmalade, chocolate and sweet spices. After an initial maturation in bourbon casks, it is finished for three years divided equally between three types of sherry casks from González Byass: Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem.

DID YOU KNOW ? The bottle features a silver emblem of a twelve-pointed stag, the historic crest of the Clan Mackenzie.

Nose : Marked by a subtle mix of stewed apples and peach, it evolves with notes of brioche and freshly baked bread. Spice, orange zest and cut grass provide freshness.

Palate : Fne and assertive, it mirrors the nose and develops with malt, spice (ginger, cinnamon, cloves) and a delicate biscuity touch with orange and chocolate.

Overall : Very long and generous with roasted coffee and vanilla.
