DAFTMILL 2012 Winter Release

Nestled in the heart of Fife, Daftmill is a farm distillery founded in 2005 by brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert, who hail from six generations of farmers. Operating on a small scale, it produces approximately 15,000 liters per year, with stills running for two months in the summer and two months in the winter. This 2012 Lowlands Daftmill was crafted from the estate’s own Concerto barley, malted in the spring of 2012. The distillate, filled on December 25, 2012, into seven bourbon casks and five Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, was bottled in February 2026.
