The first ever Single Malt Whisky of the distillery, made in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. their first release is a blend from ex-bourbon and red wine casks. They used 100% Cotswolds barley sourced and malted locally, before being milled, mashed, fermented and distilled at their distillery._x000D_ Cotswolds Single Malt is a rich and fruity whisky. It has a balance and depth of flavour that belies its young age, due to the exceptional attention to detail in their distilling and their use of the finest oak casks for maturation._x000D_
