COMBIER Creme Fleur de Sureau

Made from wild elderflowers picked and pruned by hand, the cream is prepared in the old-fashioned way: soaking in neutral alcohol for several months. The infusion is then combined with an elderberry spirit obtained by distillation to make a particularly fragrant cream of flowers. Strongly aromatic with its lychee-like flavour, it will easily enhance and complement all types of gin and vodka-based cocktails.
