Produced 100% from the most famous terroir in the Cognac region, Grande Champagne, François Voyer VSOP is a rich, complex eau-de-vie that lingers on the palate. François Voyer VSOP is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between 7 and 14 years, distilled on the lees and aged for 3 years in medium toast new Limousin oak barrels, then in casks in a damp cellar. The reduction with distilled water was done gradually (maximum reduction of 5% per operation every 6 months to 1 year) in order to bring out the maximum finesse and complexity.
