    Matured in small pedunculate oak barrels, this cognac is the result of a blend of eaux-de-vie stored within the seven cellars, both dry and humid, at the Logis d’Angeac. It is a spirit of great finesse, marked by notes of soft spices, orange blossom, and ripe fruits.

    Nose : well-defined notes of apple and caramelised sugar. A burnt note merges with aromas of bitter almond liqueur. Opens with heady floral scents.

    Palate : expressive. Slightly medicinal (cough mixture). Lots of almonds and fruit. Its rustic character declares itself before making way for pears and green apples Notes of spices and pepper.

    Overall : lingers with notes of white-fleshed fruit.
