Nose : well-defined notes of apple and caramelised sugar. A burnt note merges with aromas of bitter almond liqueur. Opens with heady floral scents.
Palate : expressive. Slightly medicinal (cough mixture). Lots of almonds and fruit. Its rustic character declares itself before making way for pears and green apples Notes of spices and pepper.
Overall : lingers with notes of white-fleshed fruit.
