Single distillation. Aged in Calvados red barrels. Amber color. An enchanting nose opens with a bouquet of spices (nutmeg, pepper). It then evolves to pear and jasmine. Almond and rice powder at the back of the glass. On the palate, the attack is French, underlined by fine acidity, gaining volume as the tannic structure of the Calvados reveals itself. Remarkable length and aromatic power. Orange zest and walnut on the finish.

Nose : Bewitching on the nose, evolving towards spicy fragrances (nutmeg, pepper). Then develops into pear followed by jasmine. Almonds and rice-powder at the end of the glass.
