CHRISTIAN DROUIN 1964 AOC (Fûts de Calvados)

The Christian Drouin range of vintage calvados is unique. Each vintage has its own distinctive style and taste. On average, calvados changes cask once a year as it ages. Their personality is thus shaped over the years and the containers. This 1964 vintage presents aromas that are markedly different from those of a traditional calvados. It exudes hints of almond, orange and brewer's yeast. On the palate, it reveals tannic notes and a slight bitterness on the finish.
