The master blender of Chivas Regal, Colin Scott, is a craftsman with a lifetime of experience blending the very finest Scotch whiskies. Colin developed his expertise by learning from previous generations of master distillers and travelling the world.A Scottish tribute to Japanese discernment, Colin has created a blend using select single malt and grain whiskies with a minimum age of 12 years then, inspired by the Japanese art of whisky making, he married part of the blend in Mizunara oak, a rare species of oak from Japan.A wonderfully balanced Chivas blend, Chivas Mizunara is true to the smooth and mellow Chivas Regal style, which is brilliantly complemented by a subtle touch of aromatic spice.
