Color : jaune doré soutenu.

Nose : Lively, deep. Particularly spicy (pepper, clove), herbaceous (cut hay, clover), and floral (iris, carnation), the aromatic palette ventures with enthusiasm into the world of certain great white wines—such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape or Cassis—and the universe of sake. Then, aromas of wax polish (wax) accentuate its heady character.

Palate : Clean, taut. At once honeyed (acacia), saline, lemony, and supported by a savory, malty bitterness, the flavor palette is a model of balance. Refreshed by various herbal infusions (rosemary, sage, green tea), it is gradually enhanced by notes of blonde tobacco of great nobility of expression.

Overall : Distinguished, concentrated. Pastoral and spring-like (wildflowers, cut grass), it also reveals itself to be juicy (yellow melon, roasted pineapple) and indulgent (candied grape, fruit jelly). Gradually, grated ginger, oregano, and nutmeg bring great nobility to a dynamic close.
