Aged for over ten years in oak barrels, the Château de Bordeneuve VSOP is made in one of the most beautiful parts of Armagnac. Concentrated, elegant and fruity, it is characterised by notes of candied apricot, sweet spices and flowers.
Owned by the Guasch family, Château de Bordeneuve is located in Maignan sur Eauze, the capital of Bas-Armagnac. Its magnificent terroir, composed of tawny sand and ‘boulbènes’ (silica-clay-sand) is planted with Ugni Blanc (80%) and Baco (20%).

The Guasch family enjoys the highest renown possible in the world of Armagnac. Production at the Château is mostly carried out using Ugni Blanc and Baco grape varieties which are grown on its own land. The taste of Guasch Armagnacs is marked by its powerful eaux de vie produced from grapevines grown in sandy soils. Their products are perfectly authentic and completely traceable, even when it comes to trading. In fact the estate includes ancient cellars in which the family store not only their production but also casks selected from the best producers in Bas Armagnac.
