CHALONG BAY White Spiced

The Chalong Bay distillery was founded by two young Frenchmen who wanted to bring rum back to the original home of sugar cane. The distillery produces rum exclusively from the first press of a sugar cane that is native to Thailand. The cane comes from small partner farms where it is grown free of chemicals or pesticides and is harvested manually without any burning. White Spiced heralds a new line from Chalong Bay. The spicy and fruity character of this rum is the result of the steam infusion of 9 Thai and Asian ingredients during the distillation. No additives, no added sugar or flavourings.
