Made in Sri Lanka, Ceylon Arrak is made from coconut palm sap that is harvested, distilled and aged in Halmilla, the island’s indigenous wood. Traditionally, the sap is harvested by ‘toddy tappers’, men who climb the palm trees to gather the precious liquid. Ceylon Arrack is made by Rockland Distilleries Tlc, a pioneering company that has been producing premium quality Arrak since 1924. Serve on ice or in a long drink topped up with Fever Tree Ginger Ale for an authentic Sri Lankan experience.
