    Caldeira Gin offers a unique taste experience thanks to its carefully selected botanicals. This artisanal gin embodies the spirit of Auvergne with its base of broom flower, yarrow, lemon balm, chamomile, linden blossom, and angelica. The herbs and flowers used are certified organic and hand-harvested by a cooperative of harvesters. The resinous notes of broom flowers and juniper berries are complemented by the freshness of lemon balm, making it a perfect gin for tasting. You can also craft excellent Negronis or Dry Martinis with it. Silver Medal at the 2025 World Drinks Awards in the Classic Gin category.

    Closer to the producer

    Founded in 2023 by Brice Noinski, at the heart of Auvergne, Distillerie Cérès celebrates the flora of the Massif Central. The juniper berries, flowers, herbs, and roots selected to craft the two gins, aperitif and gentian liqueur originate from a local cooperative of organic gatherers. Beyond mirroring the terroir and honoring its biodiversity,
    the creations of Distillerie Cérès also support the local economy. Equipped with a hybrid copper still, it aims to extract the finest essence from these raw materials.
