PROFILE: This grappa reveals a fruity and floral profile, marked by notes of lemon, pear and hyacinth. It is crafted from Moscato Giallo grapes and distilled in bain-marie stills near Bassano by Gianni Capovilla.

Nose : Concentrated, rich. It fibrous, resinous profile bursts with highly concentrated fruit: grapefruit, lemon, crisp William pears, white peaches and heady white flowers (lily of the valley, hyacinth).
Palate : Delicately perfumed (hyacinths, hollyhocks). The fruit spreads over the entire palate. In their wake, one finds pleasant mentholated and herbaceous notes (sage, rosemary). The taste buds are kept constantly alert, ready for fresh discoveries.
Overall : Long, vinous. The grapes explode with a delicate, liquorice bitterness, revealing crisp flesh and silky tannins. Heady retronasal olfaction. The empty glass is lemony and slightly camphorated.
