This 9 Year Old 2017 Caol Ila, released as a small batch and matured in first fill Rivesaltes casks, brings together Islay’s saline peat and the oxidative sweetness of this southern French fortified wine. A vibrant, youthful and surprisingly well-balanced whisky.

Nose : Gentle smoke, lemon zest, light dried fruits, honey, sea salt and a wine-led touch.
Palate : Lively and textured. Elegant peat, citrus fruits, raisins, light caramel, gentle spices and coastal notes.
