Bunnahabhain takes the plunge into non chill-filtration and high alcohol content! This version, still aged 12 years, reveals the very “ileach” character of this malt which was once known for its absence of peat. Iodine, a hint of smoke and the presence of sherry, notes of fresh and dried fruit, on a background of toasted, malted barley, followed by a long finish.
