Immediately casked after distillation, it undergoes only one reduction phase after aging — a slow, step-by-step process. To preserve its original character, it remains unaltered and non-chill filtered.
BRUNN ORIGINAL is first aged in ex-Burgundy white wine casks, then slowly matured in a selection of ex-Sherry, Port, and Margaux Grand Cru casks.
As a reflection of our values, it is presented in 100% eco-friendly packaging.
Nose : Full and malty, with the sweetness of sherry, complemented by subtle, delicate hints of spice. As the glass warms, notes of honey and vanilla emerge...

Palate : Delicately light, combining malt character with the sweetness of sherry. Nuances of dried fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove unfold gracefully.
