Bruichladdich Organic 2010 is an unpeated single malt, distilled, aged and bottled on the island of Islay. Made from 100% organic barley of Scottish origin. Organic barley from Mid Coul Farm (Inverness, Scotland) harvested in 2009.
The brandy is aged in cellars on the Atlantic coast of Islay. Aged in old Bourbon casks. Not cold filtered and without the addition of caramel coloring.
Bruichladdich is the only distillery to bottle its whisky on the island itself.
Barley certified organic by the UK Biodynamic Association.
