Carefully matured in casks, it develops a rich and elegant profile, blending woody notes, gentle spices and hints of ripe fruit. Nose : Open and complex. Toasty floral notes, followed by a rich, pastry-like bouquet (toasted bread, pineapple jam), balanced by the freshness of matured sugar cane.

Palate : A clean and dynamic attack. Spices, bitter orange marmalade and Bourbon vanilla, enhanced by a light fruity acidity. A fresh, understated finish that lingers on the palate, prolonging the rich notes.

Overall : A fine balance between agricultural rum and oak ageing. Rich notes of vanilla, cinnamon and Indian wood, with an elegant finish carried by the oak.
