First distillery of France’s capital, La distillerie de Paris is a pole of reflection bringing novelty to the cocktail and mixology universe. Drove by his passion for spirits and profound intuition Nicolas Julhès always strived to bring to life the finest and most innovative spirits coming out of his Holstein alembic well hidden in the heart of Faubourg Saint Denis. His baroque distillation’s style marries perfectly with vodkas, gins, malts, brandies and rums. Supporting a creative vision similar to a perfumer, Nicolas Julhès is like a stranger to the rational distillation world and by that much loved by spirits amateurs.
